IF YOU OWN A PET THAT IS UNDER 9 YEARS OLD THIS CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR BILL

All of our runs are indoor/outdoor runs connected by a doggie door. Except our VIP Suites. They are indoor only. All of the buildings are climate controlled.

*Dogs over 100 pounds must stay in our Luxury Run*

No dogs will be boarded together unless they are doggie siblings and it is requested they stay together.

Holiday Deposits

Boarding for the following holidays will require a $50.00 deposit:

Thanksgiving

Christmas

This deposit will be refundable if you cancel with at least a 48-hour notice before your reservation. If you do not cancel with at least a 48-hour notice, your deposit is non-refundable.

Full bath charges are for example only. Bath prices may vary depending on coat type and condition.

We offer wash & go baths, please ask for pricing. Base price is $20

Other Charges may apply for non office hour check in or out.

*ALL PETS PICKED UP ON SUNDAY ARE CHARGED FOR SUNDAY NIGHT*

Playtime Add Ons:

Each option is a $5 add on for the first dog and $1 for the second dog.

Interactive – 10 minutes outside in a grass play yard with one of us. One on one playtime with a ball, frisbee or some type of toy or playing chase.

Snuggle Session – 10 minutes, out of kennel, one on one in a calm area for snuggles, belly rubs or calm play…just hanging out together. (Great for older, special needs and very calm dogs)

Recess – 15 minutes outside in a grass play yard to explore on their own with supervision.

Brushing Session – 10 minutes of dedicated brushing for those who enjoy it or may just need a little extra help with blowing coat or shedding. *This not a complete grooming or de-shed!*

Pool Time - 20 minutes in our kiddie pool. This is only offered during the summer season! It is $10 for the first dog and $5 for the second.

We do not offer group play at Top Honors. Only dogs from the same household may play together.

*Playtimes may be canceled if the weather conditions are not optimal. We also reserve the right to cancel a playtime if your pet is not enjoying it. We want your pets to be happy during their stay here.*
